Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per project specifications and safety standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Prepare and review technical reports, site progress updates, and material usage records.

• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring work is completed on schedule.

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
