Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensure quality control, and maintain project timelines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per project specifications and safety standards.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Prepare and review technical reports, site progress updates, and material usage records.

Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring work is completed on schedule.

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.

Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance to workers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in high-rise or infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of local building codes and environmental regulations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
